This painting is a reflection of my inner world, where imagination and reality intertwine in harmony. I have an active imagination, constantly exploring realms of possibility, creativity, and self-discovery.

There’s a sense of tranquility and stillness that I sought to capture in this painting. I wanted to create a space for reflection, meditation, and introspection. I imagined a place where I could pray, talk to God, reflect about my past, and contemplate my future.

I have this secret nature of daydreaming, and this experience is most often found in solitude. The word “Illusion” was chosen for this title because it emphasizes the unreal nature of dreaming. It adds a layer of ambiguity, challenging the distinction between reality and imagination. An illusion can be both beautiful and fleeting, much like a daydream.
